Weybourne North Norfolk
Sea state at 7am, 1 hour before High Tide Wind blowing a North Westerly 20, with white horses leaping as if on the Grand National racecourse.
Sea state 12 noon, 2 hours before low tide Wind blowing a North North Westerly 15, the horse race was over with a walk up to the seas edge possible.
Sea state 4pm, 2 hours after low tide Wind moving to a North breeze 12, still a walk up to the seas edge possible.
Sea state 7pm, 1 hour before high tide Wind North 15 and picking up, waves increasing and breaking on the beach. The sound of those white horses returning meant it was time to clear up and head home.
I had a 12 hour session on the shingle beach and for my efforts 2 Codling, 1 Whiting, 4 Rockling and 2 Flatties. All were under size and returned to the sea.
All in all I had another day on the coast and I'm ready for the next fishing adventure, where?.
